After studying the acts of the case for St. Francis of Assisi parish in Luebbering, the Dicastery for the Clergy rejected the petition for hierarchical recourse, thus upholding Archbishop Rozanski’s May 24, 2023, decree, in which St. Francis was subsumed by St. Clare parish in St. Clair, effective August 1, 2023.
